Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, apps, and services branded as SovereignThrone.com and sThrone, including any webpages, mobile applications, streaming players, accounts, subscriptions, features, communications, and content made available through them (collectively, the "Service").

The Service is operated by Sovereign Throne® Motion Pictures (also referred to as "Sovereign Throne®," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing, browsing, creating an account, subscribing, streaming, purchasing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service and What It Covers

SovereignThrone.com primarily provides marketing, information, announcements, and access points related to our brand, films, series, and related projects. sThrone is our streaming offering, which may be accessible through the website, apps, or connected devices where available. Some parts of the Service may be available without an account, while other parts may require registration, login, or payment.

We may add, remove, or modify features of the Service at any time. This includes changing the layout, available titles, supported devices, content categories, community features, or other functionality.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the involvement, supervision, and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms. If you are a parent or guardian and you allow a minor to use the Service, you are responsible for the minor's activity on the Service.

Certain content may not be appropriate for all audiences. You are responsible for selecting what you or your household watches and for using any available parental controls where supported.

3. Changes to These Terms

If you do not agree to the updated Terms, your remedy is to stop using the Service and, if applicable, cancel your subscription.

6. Subscription Plans, Billing, and Payments

sThrone may offer subscriptions, free trials, promotional access, rentals, purchases, or other paid features. Availability and pricing may vary by region, device, or offer.

Billing and authorization

If you sign up for a paid plan, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the amounts disclosed at checkout, including recurring charges for subscriptions until you cancel.

Taxes and fees

You are responsible for applicable taxes, bank fees, currency conversion charges, or similar charges that may be imposed by your payment provider.

Auto-renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date in accordance with the cancellation instructions provided in your account or platform settings.

Free trials and promotions

If you accept a free trial or promotional offer, you may be charged automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel beforehand. Trial eligibility may be limited to new users or to one offer per household.

Refunds

Except where required by law or expressly stated at the time of purchase, payments are non-refundable. If a refund is required by law, we will follow the applicable legal requirements.

Price changes

We may change prices, plans, or features from time to time. If a price change applies to your subscription, we will provide notice where required by law. Continued use after the effective date of the change means you accept the updated price.

7. Content Availability and Streaming Limitations

The Service may include films, series, trailers, clips, behind-the-scenes content, and other media (collectively, "Content"). Content availability can change due to licensing, rights restrictions, regional limitations, scheduled rotations, business decisions, or legal requirements. We do not guarantee that any specific title will remain available for any specific period of time.

Streaming quality and playback may vary based on your device, location, bandwidth, network conditions, and the settings you choose. We may implement adaptive bitrate streaming, compression, and other technical measures to provide stable playback.

We may place reasonable limits on concurrent streams, device activations, or account usage to prevent abuse and to comply with licensing terms.

8. License to Use the Service

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your private, non-commercial viewing and enjoyment. This license is granted only while you comply with these Terms.

We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you.

9. Intellectual Property and Ownership

The Service and the Content are owned by or licensed to Sovereign Throne® and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This includes visual design, logos, branding, text, software, interfaces, audiovisual works, and compilation of Content.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, publish, upload, transmit, sell, license, rent, lease, or otherwise exploit any part of the Service or Content unless you have our prior written permission or unless the law clearly allows it.

You may not remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, watermark, or proprietary notices contained in or displayed through the Service.

10. Restrictions and Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to do any of the following:

1. Use the Service for illegal purposes or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
2. Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features, digital rights management, access controls, or content protection measures.
3. Capture, record, rip, scrape, download, copy, or redistribute streaming Content except where we explicitly provide a download feature and allow it for your plan and device.
4. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover source code or underlying algorithms of the Service, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
5. Use bots, scrapers, crawlers, or automated systems to access the Service in a way that sends more requests than a human could reasonably produce, or that extracts data without permission.
6. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, payment systems, servers, or networks, including by password mining, phishing, or exploiting vulnerabilities.
7. Upload or transmit malware, spyware, ransomware, or any other harmful code.
8. Harass, abuse, threaten, defame, or otherwise violate the rights of other users or third parties.
9. Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
10. Use the Service in a way that disrupts, degrades, or harms the experience of other users or the operation of the Service.

We may investigate suspected violations and may take any action we deem appropriate, including warnings, content removal, account suspension, account termination, or referral to law enforcement when warranted.

11. User Content and Feedback

The Service may allow you to submit content such as reviews, comments, profile information, messages, or other materials (collectively, "User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, display, and distribute that User Content solely for operating, maintaining, improving, and promoting the Service, and for enforcing these Terms.

You represent and warrant that you have the rights necessary to submit the User Content and that it does not infringe or violate the rights of any person or entity.

If you send suggestions, ideas, or feedback, you agree we may use them without restriction or compensation.

12. Third Party Platforms, App Stores, and Devices

The Service may be accessed through third party platforms, app stores, smart TVs, streaming device manufacturers, operating systems, browsers, and payment providers. Your use of those third party services is governed by their terms and policies, not ours.

If you subscribe through a third party (for example, an app store billing system), billing, cancellations, refunds, and account management may need to be handled through that third party's tools. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third parties.

The Service may include links to third party sites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

13. Copyright Complaints

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, email legal@sovereignthrone.com with the following information to the extent possible:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• Identification of the material you claim is infringing and where it appears on the Service (URL or detailed description)
• Your name and contact information
• A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder

14. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOVEREIGN THRONE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We do not guarantee that any defects will be corrected, that any particular title will remain available, or that the Service will work on every device or network environment.

You are responsible for obtaining internet access and compatible devices. Data charges and fees from your internet or mobile provider may apply.

15. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOVEREIGN THRONE AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE OR CONTENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO USE THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sovereign Throne®, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your access to or use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any law or the rights of any third party
• Your User Content, if any

17. Termination and Suspension

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, if we must do so to comply with law, or if we discontinue all or part of the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time. If you have a subscription, you must cancel according to the cancellation method provided through your account or the third party platform through which you subscribed.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law.

18. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Except to the extent prohibited by law, you agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

19. Changes to the Service

We may modify or discontinue the Service, or any part of it, at any time. This includes the ability to add or remove titles, features, and supported devices, and to change how we present and organize Content.

If we discontinue a paid subscription offering entirely, we will provide notice where required by law. If you purchased a subscription through a third party, that third party's refund and billing policies may apply.

20. Miscellaneous

Entire agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Sovereign Throne® regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

Severability

If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

No waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.

Assignment

You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.
